Since 2019, Lead 101 Mentoring, Inc. has been a non-profit (501c3) that has been dedicated to unlocking the potential of young people in Baton Rouge. Through innovative programs and positive mentorship, we develop confident, compassionate, and responsible leaders who positively impact our community.

Lead 101 is committed to enhancing the lives of young people by providing fun and engaging programs that build strong character while also nurturing leadership skills.

Lead 101 offers mentoring for males in grades 5-12, regardless of race or socioeconomic background.

We partner with schools, churches, and other organizations. Our tutoring services will resume in Spring 2024.
